At Sperry, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you can return your unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.

Start Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

Print Your Label

Select your reason for return and follow the prompts to generate a prepaid UPS shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email.

Pack Your Items

Securely pack your items in their original Sperry shoe box or packaging and attach the printed prepaid return shipping label to the outside of the box.

Ship and Track

Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed, typically within 10-14 business days.
